Google to Move Beyond NFC into RFID and M2M

Google has been interested in one of the important technologies related to RFID and M2M, Near Field Communications (NFC), which they will employ to develop wide range of business opportunities related to E-Commerce. Google Wallet is a mobile payment solution developed by Google. It allows users to save credit cards, gift cards or similar payment cards on mobile devices, and then use near field communication (NFC) technology to make payments securely.

Google is poised to leverage M2M and RFID by using their technologies to increase their base business opportunities in new directions beyond search engine and social media.   Employing M2M and RFID along with other Google technologies opens the door for new business that is highly related to new market users.
